Ordering
- It is usual for invitations to be sent out about 8 weeks before the wedding. Therefore an ideal timescale would be to start the ordering process at least 3 - 4 months before your wedding date, although this period could be less if workload permits.
- When you are ready to place an order, please contact me and I will send you an order form together with all the information you will need to complete the order.
- Complete your order form and return to Jelly Designs with as many wording details as you currently have.
- You will receive a sample proof for each item of stationery ordered plus an invoice. Please proof all the design details, sign and return to me together with a cheque for 50% of the order value. Cheques should be made payable to "Jelly Designs". The deposit is non-refundable.
- Your stationery will be created once these are received. You may find that you do not have all the information required, such as order of service details, definitive guest lists etc. This should not be a problem providing it is supplied in reasonable time or a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the delivery date. I will be in regular contact with you to agree such dates.
- Delivery will be at an agreed date and will include your invoice balance which should be paid within 5 working days. Stationery will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, the cost of which will have been added to your final invoice, unless you wish to collect it personally. A signature will be required for all deliveries, so please ensure you designate a delivery address where someone can sign for your stationery.

- All artwork and designs are the copyright of Jelly Designs. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission for any copyright material e.g. hymns, poems etc. that are used.
